Layla: Obviously I ship you and Dallas. ;) Perf couple, if you ask me~ But seriously, there are several, but not necessarily within your team. I would only discuss them with Esme and Patience, though.
So this morning I was asked by a few of my younger mons if they could start their Christmas lists for Santa. I told them it was too early, but realized it’s almost December already. I’m a little shocked to be honest.
What the actual fuck? Where has time gone?
I’ll admit, I’m a little stressed this year. Just because I have probably close to 200 and some people to get a gift for. Money’s not an issue at all, but half of the people on that list I have no idea what to get. So while I was having a little freak out, Marshall comes in, panicking about the same thing. A good chunk of my team insists on buying gifts with their own cash, but all of them are concerned about buying gifts for each other and all of them are starting to stress out because there’s about close to 90 of us on my team alone, and then when you add their friends from other teams to the mix… yeah. My solution is I’m going to see if I can somehow talk the kids into doing a Secret Santa type deal this year, so one person buys another person a gift instead of everyone buying everyone something. Then they can still get gifts for their other friends, but not have to worry about the rest of their teammates unless they chose to buy them gifts. But we’ll see how well that blows over with my team. I think the older kids will love the idea, but a few of my younger ones might be hesitant with the idea. You know, the ones with no concept of money or expenses? Though I’ll still buy them each a gift, but at least it’ll alleviate some pressure on my team.
Gifts aside, I’m hoping we can have a nice holiday season. My parents want my team and I to go to my hometown to celebrate with them, but I haven’t decided what I’ll do yet. My brother and Rose are on the fence about going, too. Just because Rose is pregnant and nervous about travelling this far in her pregnancy, which is understandable. Kade figures we should just attempt to talk all them into coming this way, so you guys might get to potentially meet my parents and my sister if you haven’t already. And other relatives. But that’s still up in the air. But I am stoked on the whole togetherness aspect of Christmas, and having extra sets of hands with my team. Might actually get a full nights sleep again. I just hope I don’t get in a fight with my aunt or cousin again. Though if I don’t, Patrick will, so a fight will happen regardless.
And I won’t lie, I’m stoked for all the baked goods that come with the Christmas season. I’m hoping Dash gets bitten by the baking bug again, because he makes the best desserts, I swear to Arceus. And then the house smells fucking delicious.
So I just fucking rambled a good amount. But you can all cut me some slack, I’m up to 36 hours of no sleep right now. I’m allowed to be loopy.
But how are you guys all coping with the upcoming holiday season? Any worries or thoughts on what you’ll be doing? Have you even thought about it?
And should we all get together for one big ass holiday party?
I definitely don’t envy you around this time of year!! But i do like the idea of a Secret Santa thing. I may have to do that with my team, too, since i don’t particularly want to get in the habit of buying 30 plus presents every year because i’m stingy, as they say in Australia. :p
It would be nice to see Momma and Papa St.Dennis again, though! I sure hope they come here for Christmas! My folks are trying to talk Reed and co. into coming from Sinnoh, too!
I do like the idea of a big holiday party. Maybe not on Christmas day since i’m going to force Carlton to meet my parents for the first time and i’m very nervous about it, ahaha! But Oak is down for the idea, too!
Dallas: Party Rock Anthem is still my number one jam! I do like having a dance sesh with Wiley to No. 5, too, though. Gangnam Style’s fun when you’re in that mood, haha!
Shae: What defines “Legendary”, really? Haha! I didn’t mind too much, at least not in this forme. [land.] In sky forme, however, I guess I was pretty offended, but it’s not really Roxanne’s fault if she doesn’t know the rarity of a Pokémon, or, in this case, whether one is a “Legendary Pokémon” or not. I mean, Arcanine is the “Legendary Pokémon” species, isn’t it? It’s not especially rare, or at least its first stage isn’t!
Raleigh: Of course I do! My brothers and father were never very close to me, but they are family after all…! And I do miss my mother very dearly. At least I have Fawna, Uriah and Roderick, though.

But anyway, I’m bored and most of my ‘mons have crashed for a nap after pulling a few all nighters in a row thanks to a combination of Wynter and Isadora. So, instead napping like a sane person, I’m blogging.
Anyway, since Halloween is in less than a week, I figured I’d ask what you all have planned for it. Like, if you’re going out for it, taking the little ones trick or treating, what costumes you have planned, whatever.
I’m just really bored.
I think we’re all just super busy with life to remember to update these things!

As for All Hallows Eve, as soon as tricking or treating and Gym Leader duties are done and dusted, me and Oak were going to have a ladies’ night in; you can join us, if you like! We’re really just kicking Carlton out and having a few drinks between us, but I could send Rori over to your place and the three of us could get drunk and maybe stir up the guys a little bit later on then see where the evening takes us! I don’t think you and Oakley have been drunk together yet, anyway!
Just an idea. If you’re busy, then you’ll probably get drunk texts.
